How God touched my life
I'm not sure how often I will share my thoughts, but let me know if you enjoy my stories.
I'll place the newest one on top.
March 6, 2024I was talking to a good friend of mine tonight about people moving forward in life. And she had some really good advice, a person can't change their ways until they let go of what they are holding on to. And most likely it is probably some hurt or bad feellings from a long long time ago. Some stuff is just best forgotten about. Forgive and forget. Just let it go.Be like God and do not remember how others have sinned against you. (see Heb 8:12 below)
I know I have sinned against others, as in talking bad about them, misleading them, working against them. I have changed, I hope they forgive and forget of what I have done. These people who I have acted against are some of my best friends now. Thank you my friend for forgiving me and forgetting my past. I am grateful, I am blessed. Being as succesful as I can possibly be, is the best therapy for me.
Hebrews 8:12: “For I will be merciful toward their iniquities, and I will remember their sins no more.”Isaiah 43:25: “I, I am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake, and I will not remember your sins.”

March 4, 2024,
Today I was talking to a friend at work about growing up, and how as men we change and grow.
When we were young we were interested in who had the fastest car. My car is faster than yours! But now as we have grown up and matured, we stopped putting value on outside physical things. Now we recognize the value we have inside of us and the value others have about themselves. Most importantly, when we can, we need to build and support this value in others.
So now, instead of acting tough and bragging about who has the fastest car. We now talk about the troubles we're having with our own car, and give each other advice of our own trials and mistakes. We do this to learn from each other, to save the other person from wasting time, money and pain. We do this to help them. The better we both are individually, the better we are together, and the more we can do as a community.
It's nice to be young but I'm okay with being a little older.
1 Corinthians 13:11When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
